Is it free? What's the catch?

Yes, completely free. No ads, no data selling, no account. SportK is a personal project with a scientific base — the "catch" is that it's built with care and no business model to compromise.

Does it work on mobile? Can I install it?

Yes. It's a PWA: in mobile Chrome/Edge/Safari you can "Add to home screen" and it behaves like a native app, with offline access and haptic vibration.

Is it safe to do Kegels every day?

No. Over-toning causes hypertonia (pain, dysfunction). SportK includes mandatory rest days and interleaved reverse Kegels. If you have active pathology, consult a pelvic floor physiotherapist first.

Does it work for men?

Yes. There's a specific track for male sexual health (erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, edging, EHS) in addition to the general tracks. Protocols are adapted to male anatomy.

Is my data uploaded to any server?

No. Everything is saved in your browser (localStorage). If you clear site data, everything is wiped. No backend, no analytics, no accounts.

What languages is it in?

Spanish, English, Italian, German and French. The app detects your language and you can change it from the settings panel.
